With over 20 years of business management experience, Richard brings his wealth of knowledge to his role as SVP of Implementation at Aletheia Marketing & Media. Based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, Richard ensures that all Aletheia’s marketing and media strategies are flawlessly executed, consistently driving high performance for our clients. Known for his strategic mindset, Richard excels at optimizing workflows and building high-performing teams.

Before joining Aletheia, Richard was the Digital Marketing Director at Dickey’s Barbecue Restaurants, where he achieved impressive results, including a 250% spike in digital sales within six months and a 150% increase in customer loyalty program enrollments. He’s also held key leadership roles at InterMedia Group of Companies and j2 Global Communications, where he specialized in managing digital marketing campaigns, growing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
